Francene is on the speaking circuit and facilitates “Esteem Building” exercises, for teen audiences and company workshops, entitled "Workplace Blues." Expanding her love for broadcasting shows, she teaches at The Carolina School of Broadcasting and My Media Tutor Dot Com. Her most accomplished moments in life is sitting in the stands as soccer mom and talking about the good old days with her son. Francene is Co-founder of Favorite Things for a CAUSE, sits on the 2010 Census Media Committee, Red Cross Marketing Committees and Multi-Media Coordinator for Life in the Carolinas TV Show. Francene’s motto is, “Life is quick with no pause – so Create The Conditions in Your Life With The Quality of Your Thoughts!” 
Francene Marie, a.k.a. the Media Queen - as well as Frankie Stone - hosted and produced over 2,000 interviews since the mid 90’s. Francene’s career began in Charlotte, North Carolina working for Kiss 95.1 and Star 104.7. She is now heard on WSOC-FM, WFNZ-AM, WBCN-AM and WPZS-FM, delivering weekly 1-hour talk shows. She is also the host and producer of “It’s Your Party” TV show now on hiatus and author of “GOING PUBLIC,” a comprehensive guide to communication and promotion, as well as, voice-over talent for Beachside Serenity and Speaking In Public Places.

As one of the three 2009 General Mills Feeding Dreams Community Champions for the Charlotte, North Carolina market, Kym was recognized for her volunteerism with the Dove’s Nest, a women-specific recovery program that is a subsidiary of the Charlotte Rescue Mission.
Kym conducts strategically designed organiza-tional workshops that range from beauty etiquette sessions, youth intensification and life-learning classes to transformational leadership seminars. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Marketing. She is completing works on her next book scheduled to be released this year. She is a member of the North Carolina Writer's Network, American Author's Association, American Marketing Association and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
